Sí, en la dirección de envío, puede incluir la dirección de cualquiera de nuestras tiendas. Al finalizar el pedido, en el apartado “observaciones” indique que se ha solicitado que el pedido llegue a una tienda.
Los cambios y devoluciones son gratuitos. En el caso de los pedidos de Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla y otros países el envío debe hacerlos el cliente directamente, teniendo en cuenta que estos gastos y los gastos de envío del pedido no serán reembolsados. Una vez recibido el pedido, dispone de 14 días para solicitar la devolución. Para realizar un cambio, puede hacerlo en tiendas físicas (no outlets) llevando el producto con tu ticket de compra o vía online en el apartado “Historial y detalles de mis pedidos”, seleccionando solicitar devolución, nos debe indicar talla o modelo por el cual quiere hacer el cambio (en caso que sea diferente modelo, este debe tener mismo precio o inferior).
